Open My Bookings and tap Join Session when your appointment is ready.
Use Forgot Password on Sign In and follow the email instructions.
Go to Settings → Delete your Account to permanently remove your account.
Download Owalter, register with your email, choose Patient or Doctor, then verify with the OTP code.
Browse therapist profiles, select an available slot, and complete booking in the app.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Owalter does not store your full card details.
